Legal
Employer Service Terms
Terms for businesses that submit hiring or staffing requirements to Upkreevo Talent Solutions.
Draft for legal review. Text in [square brackets] must be completed before this page is relied on. Last updated: [Effective date].
1. Enquiries are not contracts
Submitting a requirement through this website is an enquiry. A staffing, recruitment or freelance engagement starts only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out scope, fees, payment terms and responsibilities.
2. Engagement models are different
Freelance engagements, contract staffing, manpower supply and permanent recruitment have different legal, payroll and tax arrangements. Each engagement is documented according to its actual arrangement. Responsibilities under applicable labour, payroll, GST, EPF, ESI and other statutory requirements are allocated in that agreement and are not assumed by default.
3. Employer responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirement details, including role, location, compensation and working conditions.
- Use candidate information only for the specific hiring purpose and keep it confidential.
- Do not contact or engage a candidate introduced by Upkreevo outside the agreed terms.
- Comply with applicable employment, workplace and anti-discrimination laws.
4. Candidate information
Candidate profiles are shared in confidence for evaluation only and must not be forwarded to third parties.
5. Background verification
Background verification is carried out only where it is agreed in writing and the candidate consents.
6. No guarantee of outcome
Upkreevo uses reasonable efforts to source suitable candidates but does not guarantee that a requirement will be filled within a particular time.
