1. What we collect

Your name, contact details, skills, experience, current and preferred location, availability, work preferences, compensation expectations, resume, portfolio and LinkedIn links, and anything else you choose to tell us.

2. Why we collect it

To assess your profile and contact you about freelance, contract or employment opportunities that may suit you. We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you register.

3. Resume confidentiality

• Your resume and contact details are never published on this website or through any public interface.
• We share your profile with a prospective employer or client only for a specific opportunity, and we will discuss it with you before doing so.
• Access within Upkreevo is limited to personnel who need it for recruitment and staffing work.

4. No guarantee and no fees

Registration does not guarantee placement, engagement or employment. Upkreevo does not charge candidates any fee for registration or placement.

5. Background verification

Background or reference checks are carried out only where agreed with you and the employer, and only with your separate consent.

6. Retention

We keep your profile for [24] months from registration or your last update. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, update or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hr@upkreevo.com with your reference number. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place lawfully.
